A: The physician should first grant you access to his In Basket, then you can click on attach and add his name.
Q: Unable to find a medication to add it to the patient’s medication reconciliation section.
A: After searching, the Medication Review section and you did not find the drug, add “Medication” and go to the Database Lookup, select Medication and free text the drug in the indications (Free Text) section.
Q: I need to administer a medication at the clinic today; however, it is not showing up in the MAR activity.
A: Make sure that the physicians has placed the order from the Clinic Administered Medication CAMs section.
