AUB Mediterraneo Self Service Password Reset

Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) serves as a web-based solution for password management. It reduces users' reliance on helpdesk support for changing and resetting passwords. Users can independently change their passwords and reset forgotten passwords by using the configured challenge-response information.

Users can change their password by following the steps listed below:

  1. Access SSPR using the following Link: Mysspr.aubmed.ac.cy/sspr/public

  1. At this point, to verify your identity, you will need to select a preferred option for receiving a security code, as illustrated in the image above. The security code can be sent to your personal email address or delivered as an SMS to your personal phone number.
The personal email address and personal phone number given are sourced from the data held in the system where the account is managed. For example, for students, this information will be retrieved from Jenzabar.
If the contact information provided is not accurate or has been changed, the registrar's office should be notified to update them. Keeping the contact details up to date is essential.

You can also try resending the security code in case it was not received by clicking on “resend code”.
The security code should be treated as a secret, much like a password, and should never be shared with anyone
