Oracle HR Self Service

The Oracle HR Self Service Module allows you to:

  1. View and update your HR personal information (office location, phone number,…)
  2. Submit and track your HR requests (leaves for non-academics, certificates, staff education,…)
  3. View your Pay slip (starting January 2018 payroll and onward)
  4. Generate reports (accounts receivables, annual leaves,…)

To access the new HR Self Service system from inside/Outside AUB:  

Login to oracle on the following link: https://ebs.aub.edu.lb    

  1. If this is the first time you login, then click on Login Assistance
  2. Enter your username and click on “Forgot Password”. You will then receive an email in 10 to 15 minutes with a link to reset your password.
