The General Education Requirements tool provides a simple method of communication between undergraduate students, advisors, and system administrators in order to advise students and to make sure that the they have met their General Education requirements by completing each GE area. All AUB undergraduate students use this application where it is considered an essential tool that facilitates such a complex process.
When a student logs in, it shows the fulfilled general education courses under each GE area below: - Arabic Communication Skills - English Communication Skills - Humanities - Social Sciences - Natural Sciences - Quantitative Thought - Writing across the Curriculum Whenever an advisor logs in the application, the list of the assigned advisees for the current term is displayed showing Student ID, Student Name, Student Email, Student Major/Minor, Student Class, and a link to the MyGECourses for each student.
