Respondus is an online proctoring exam tool that has two main components:
• Respondus Lockdown Browser (RLDB) is a specially designed web browser used to prevent students from copying, pasting, taking screenshots, accessing other applications or other websites (instructor can request to allow specific external sites) during the exam.
• Respondus Monitor is a video monitoring that builds upon the RLDP. It records students during the online exams. Instructor can always review sessions to check if there was any suspicious behavior.
