Exam Support Request

If you are an instructor and you would like to request IT assistance during the delivery of an Online Quiz/Exam, you need to do the following:

• Fill and submit the form below at least three working days prior to the Quiz date
• Have at least one proctor per exam room, during the quiz time
• Reserve the needed computer labs directly with the labs administrators
• Be present at the quiz location. If that is not possible, you need to provide the name and the email of the person who will be in charge (RA, GA or Co-instructor)

Our exam support hours are (upon request):

• Monday - Friday (7:00AM-7:00PM)
• Saturday (8:00AM-12:00noon)
